A Shifting Market

SANDY: Guys, I am hearing about a shifting market… let’s jump right in and talk about this. Hoss, tell us what that means….

HOSS: Talking points

    • The biggest mistakes to avoid in a shifting market
    • Best sources to get listings in the coming months
    • How to get buyers and sellers to take action in a market shift

SANDY:  Hoss and Marc, how will marketing play in this shifting market and what can business owners and realtors do to thrive?

HOSS: Five things every agent must do to thrive in a shifting  market

  1.  Shift Your Mindset
  2.  Get Back To The Fundamentals
  3.  Dominate Niches
  4.  Control Your Inventory (Listings)
  5.  Ascend Your Skills

SANDY: My three take aways are:

  1. Take action – action is better than sitting and wondering what to do next. Put your systems together, build in your value-adds, and know what you need to do to HELP your clients, then do it.

  2. Ascend your skills – Skill up! Learn to speak one-on-one, learn to speak one to a few, and learn to speak one to many via socials, videos and content that goes out to your “never-mets”.

  3. Get help – This is where coaching help, marketing help. professional assistance from your vendors and the people you work with come into play. You don’t have to do it all alone, there are others who are qualified to help you. Reach out!
